The operation of the cup-making machine usually involves (feeding the sheet - closing the mold - stretching - molding - cutting and shearing - opening the mold - topping the cup - blowing the cup). For angle products, the angle should be opened after the molding is activated and before the top is applied. The specific effect depends on the adjustment of time or angle based on the produced product.

2.夹角装置的进气出气与模具要正确连接(对接后通过手动点夹角键测试，当点开夹角键模具里夹角气缸会有向上动作松开会落下)。
3.夹角装置气压的调节一般夹角气压需大于成型气压(0.1-0.2)MPa
4.制杯机通常动作为(送片-合模-拉伸-成型-冲剪-开模-顶杯-吹杯)，做夹角产品夹角在成型开启后再开启在顶杯之前要关闭，具体效果看做出来的产品对时间或角度进行调整。
