Film Machine Filter Replacement Hydraulic Station Operating Manual
I. Preparation: Ensure that the hydraulic oil has been properly added, the pipeline connections are normal, and the control lines are connected.
II. Operation:
1. First, turn the ③ pressure regulating valve to the minimum position, then loosen the ① relief valve more, and loosen the ② one-way valve a little;
2. Start the oil pump;
3. Let the oil pump run for about 30 seconds, then fully close the ① relief valve (to achieve internal exhaust) ;
4. Observe the pressure indicated on the pressure gauge, and then slowly adjust the ③ pressure regulating valve to around 50-70 (during the process, if the pressure adjustment is insufficient or too slow, you can slightly loosen the ② one-way valve again);
5. After the above settings are correct, you can replace the filter screen normally.

一准备工作：保证液压油已加好、管道连接正常、控制线路接通。

二操作：

先把③压力调节阀关到最小，再把①泄压阀拧松开多一些，②单向阀拧松开一点点；
启动油泵；
油泵运行大约30秒左右，把①泄压阀完全关闭（起到内部排气作用）；
观察压力表压力显示，再慢慢调整③压力调节阀到50～70左右（过程当中如果调节压力不够或者较慢，可适当把②单向阀再拧松开一些）；
以上操作设置正确后可正常换网。
