1. Wrap the rollers with waterproof paper or stretch film.
2. Add 35 liters of tap water to the water tank. Connect the three-phase 220V power supply, turn on the circuit breaker, and run for 10 minutes.
3. After confirming that there is no water leakage in the roll washer and the connectors, add the roll washer cleaner bottle by bottle.
4. During the addition of the roll washer cleaner, foam will be produced. If the foam is excessive, wait for a while before adding again.
5. The ratio of water to roll washer cleaner is: 35 liters of water and 25 liters of roll washer cleaner.
6. During the roll washing process, keep the rollers rotating and wash for more than 5 hours.
7. Drain the wastewater and then rinse several times with clean water.
8. The washed rollers can be used for a period of time for production. To completely solve the problems of no cooling and no roller adhesion, it is necessary to assemble a mold temperature controller after roll washing to maintain inert water in the rollers and ensure that the rollers do not accumulate scale or rust.

洗辊机+洗辊剂使用说明

一、用防水纸或者拉伸膜包好辊筒。

二、水箱内先加入35升自来水，接好三相220V电源，开启 空开，运行10分钟。

三 、确认洗辊机及接头无漏水之后，再逐瓶加入洗辊剂。

四 、洗辊剂加入过程中会产生泡沫，泡沫过多时，可等待一会再加入。

五、水跟洗辊剂配比为：水35升、洗辊剂25升。

六 、洗辊时，辊筒保持旋转，清洗5个小时以上。

七、放空污水、然后用清水循环清洗几遍。

八、清洗后的辊筒可以保持一段时间的生产，要彻底解决不 降温、不粘辊，需要在洗辊后装配模温机，保持辗筒内永远 惰性水，保证辊筒不长垢，不生锈。
