2. Scope of application

3 content
3.1 before starting
3.1.1 Oil the parts to be lubricated;
3.1.2 Check whether water is leaking;
3.1.3 Check whether the temperature control meter of each heating area meets the process setting requirements;
3.1.4 Switch on the power to check whether the electric temperature control of each heating area is normal and whether the speed control of each frequency converter operation panel is in "0 position".
Note: It is strictly prohibited to start the main engine before the temperature of screw barrel reaches the set temperature, so as not to damage the equipment.
3.1.5 Clean the machine and ground.
4 Operation method
4.1 heating:
4.1.1 First heat the filter part and the fifth zone;
4.1.2 When the temperature of the filter part rises to 180℃, heat the die head.
4.1.3 Turn on the cooling water tower when the heating temperature of the first five zones reaches 150℃.
4.2 Wipe the roller
4.2.1 Wipe the roller with a soft and clean rag. The roller should be wiped from the direction of the roller. At the same time, attention should be paid to safety, not looking around and chatting with others, and the mind should be concentrated;
4.2.2 If there is dirt on the surface of the roller, wet the rag with white ore oil and wipe it carefully and seriously;
4.2.3 Keep the roller clean and bright before pulling the sheet.
4.3 Stirring: according to the technical requirements to carry out accurate mixing ratio and stir evenly.
4.4 Replace the air filter
4.4.1 Replace the air filter when the temperature of each heating area reaches the set requirements;
4.4.2 When replacing the filter, start the oil pump motor and wait until the pressure reaches the set value.(close naturally) press the button for changing the net, pull out the porous plate for changing the net, and install the prepared filter net.
4.5 Prepare the traction sheet
4.5.1 When the temperature of each heating area reaches the set temperature, hold the heat for 20 minutes;
4.5.2 hopper charging, it should start the host, OHZ speed slowly, look at this time the main motor current meter index, if soar and die head is not discharging current, to immediately stop check to see if enough heating area is heated, plastic not fully softened host resistance is too large, in order to prevent damage of screw and die top part, if the current rising steadily, That is, heating normal can start traction production;
4.5.3 When the plastic extrusion die head is used, the special copper sheet is inserted into the die lip to clean and scrape the charred matter hidden in the die lip repeatedly, until the bright sheet extrusion is seen, stop the main machine;
4.5.4 Push the auxiliary machine to the position of the die lip, and start the roller motor and winding traction motor;
4.5.5 Start the main engine again and slowly accelerate from OHZ. The extruded plastic will be extruded through the rotation of the roller, and traction will be successful with the rotation direction of the roller.
4.5.6 'After successful traction, there should be a proper amount of glue between the roll gap and the cutting of the scraps on both sides will not be too wide or too narrow. If so, it is necessary to push the auxiliary machine to find the best position and adjust the thickness of the sheet according to the technological requirements. And width.

Note: Adjust the size of residual glue according to the thickness of the sheet. Generally, the sheet is thin and the residual glue is small, and the sheet is thick and the residual glue is large.
4.5.8 Be careful when hopper feeding, because the sheet machine has no melt pump all to keep the hopper filled with a certain amount of raw materials, so as to keep the feeding pressure will not change, so as to maintain the residual glue stability.
4.5.9 In the normal operation of machinery, the raw material preparation and production startup requirements are the same, in addition, observe more, whether there are abnormal changes in all instruments on the console.
4.5.10 In the production process, according to the needs of the production technology, wipe the roller by pinching a small amount of cloth from the direction of the roller to the left and right ends of the roller and gently wiping it back and forth.
4.5.11 When the equipment has been working continuously for a certain period of time (depending on the increase or decrease of the current of the main engine;The filter should be replaced in time when there are no black spots and sundries on the sheet.When replacing the filter, start the oil pump motor first, and press the up and down net change switch after the set pressure (motor stops).
4.5.12 After abnormal emergency shutdown, the rollers should be pressed and separated immediately, and the residual glue between the three rollers should be cleaned, so as not to press the rollers.
4.5.14 During normal shutdown, stop the main engine first, stop the three-roller motor after the remaining three roller rubber rolling is finished, and then stop the winding.
4.5.15 Keep the ground around the machine clean and clean regularly.
- Fault analysis and troubleshooting
5.1 Sheet fracture
The reason:
5.1.1 Body or nose temperature is low.
5.1.2 Low die lip opening.
5.1.3 Too fast traction speed.
Solution:
5.1.4 Increase the temperature appropriately.
5.1.5 Adjust bolts to increase opening.
5.1.6 Reduce traction speed.
5.2 Uneven thickness
The reason:
5.2.1 Body temperature is low and plasticizing is uneven.
5.2.2 Uneven temperature of the nose.
5.2.3 Uneven opening of die lip.
5.2.4 Improper adjustment of choke block.
5.2.5 Unstable traction speed.
The solution
5.2.6 Appropriately raise the temperature of the fuselage to make the plasticization uniform.
5.2.7 Adjust the temperature of each area reasonably.
5.2.8 Adjust the blocking block reasonably.
5.2.9 Re-adjust die lip opening.
5.2.10 Check traction compression and stabilize its speed.
5.3 Streaks appear lengthwise
The reason:
5.3.1 Mold lip scratches.
5.3.2 Impurities are blocked in the die lip.
5.3.3 Scratches on the roller surface of the three-roller machine.
Solution:
5.3.4 Grinding mold lip flat surface.
5.3.5 Clean the die lip.
5.3.6 Replace or repair the roller.
5.4 the bubbles
5.4.1 The temperature is too high.
5.4.2 There is moisture or volatiles in the raw material.
The solution
5.4.3 Cool properly to prevent decomposition.
5.4.4 Pre-bake to remove water and volatiles.
5.5 Black or discolored lines and spots on the surface
The reason:
5.5.1 High nose temperature.
5.5.2 There are dead corners in the nose, and the materials are stagnant and decomposed.
5.5.3 There is impurity blocking in the nose.
5.5.4 There is removal material on the surface of roller.
The solution
5.5.5 Cool properly to prevent decomposition.
5.5.6 Clean the nose and repair the dead corner of the runner.
5.5.7 Clean the nose and remove impurities.
5.5.8 Wipe the roller and check the formula.
5.6 The surface is rough and has transverse falling lines
5.6.1 Material plasticization is not good.
5.6.2 Too much surplus material between the three rollers.
5.6.3 Uneven opening of die lip.
5.6.4 Too much pressure on the polishing roller.
5.6.5 The spacing between the three-roller machine and the die lip is too large.
Solution:
5.6.6 Appropriately increase the plasticizing temperature and extend the plasticizing time.
5.6.7 Reduce screw speed or increase traction speed.
5.6.8 Adjust die lip clearance.
5.6.9 Increase the spacing of the press roll.
5.6.10 Try to reduce the spacing between the two.
5.7 Uneven board surface or poor gloss
The reason:
5.7.1 Low nose temperature.
5.7.2 Low pressure roller temperature.
5.7.3 The surface of the pressing roller is not smooth and clean.
5.7.4 There is no quantitative stock between rollers.
5.7.5 The raw material contains water.
Solution:
5.7.6 Increase the nose temperature.
5.7.7 Increase the temperature of the press roll.
5.7.8 Replace or polish the press roll.
5.7.9 Appropriately increase screw rotation speed or reduce traction speed.
5.7.10 Dry raw materials.
5.8 Sheet thick on one side and thin on the other or "off-track"
5.8.1 Die lip opening is not the same.

5.9 Sheet is thinner in the middle than on both sides.

5.9.1 The heating temperature of the middle part of the die head is low.
5.9.2 The opening of the middle part of the die lip is too small.
5.9.3 There is blockage in the middle part of the mold lip.
The solution
5.9.4 Raise the temperature in the middle of the mold lip.
5.9.5 Adjust the opening of the middle part of the die lip.
5.9.6 Clean mold lips.
Sheet material post prohibition regulations
1. It is strictly prohibited to go to work barefoot or wear slippers.
2. No emergency shutdown without any reason.
3. It is strictly prohibited to run empty aircraft without load.
