The SC-120-900 Vertical Plastic Sheet Extrusion Line is a high-precision, single-screw sheet extruder machine designed for producing PP (polypropylene) and HIPS (high-impact polystyrene) sheets. It is widely used as upstream equipment for thermoforming, plastic packaging, food containers, trays, and stationery products.

With a φ120mm nitrided screw (33:1 L/D ratio), a vertical three-roll calender, and a 13-zone PID temperature control system (Fuji, Japan), the line delivers stable output up to 350 kg/h with sheet thickness accuracy of ±0.01mm — an ideal solution for export-oriented sheet and packaging manufacturers.
