① Read the instructions carefully before turning on and using the machine.

① Before use, check and ensure that the wiring and connectors are secure, and the rotation direction of the motor must be the same as the marked direction.

① Open the feed hopper, carefully inspect to ensure that all screws of the components are fully tightened, and there are no foreign objects in the crushing chamber.

① The gap between the rotating blade (moving blade) and the fixed blade (stationary blade) should be adjusted according to the crushing material to be between 0.1mm and 0.5mm. When replacing the blade, ensure that the blade is installed in the correct position, and fully tighten the spring washer, flat washer, and screws. After replacing the blade, correctly adjust the gap between the blades. The adjustment sequence is as follows: first, adjust the gap between the tip of one row of rotating blades and the screen to be about 3-5mm, and the gap between it and the two fixed blades to be about 0.1mm-0.5mm. Then, adjust the other rotating blades in sequence.

① After starting the machine, wait until the motor drives the machine to rotate smoothly, then start feeding and crushing. The feeding should be uniform. Regularly check the sharpness of the blade edges of the rotating blade and the fixed blade. If the blade edge is not sharp enough, replace the blade promptly. Replace the blade when a certain number of times or when the blade is damaged. Do not use it in a makeshift way to avoid secondary damage to other components. At the same time, check that all fasteners are tightened without loosening.

① This series of crushers are strictly prohibited from feeding while the machine is off. During operation, if there is a stuck machine or abnormal sounds, immediately stop feeding, cut off the power supply, and check after stopping the machine.

① When the crusher is stopped, immediately clean the waste materials inside and outside the plastic crusher. When the plastic crusher motor is running, it is strictly forbidden to open, clean or repair the plastic crusher. Before stopping the crusher, stop feeding, but the motor should continue to run for a period of time until the plastic crusher is completely empty before stopping.

① Regularly add lubricating grease to the bearings. Once a shift, add oil to each lubrication hole of the plastic crusher once. Pay attention to the temperature rise of the bearings. It should not exceed 60℃.

① The used blades are all made of high-quality materials and have been quenched. Avoid iron and other debris from entering the crushing chamber and damaging the blades. If the blade has special requirements, you can contact us to customize other blade materials.
