The entire ball screw is removed, the two returners are disassembled, the nuts and the screw are cleaned thoroughly. The nut end cover is pressed back onto the nut end face. Then, the beads are placed into the holes on the returner side and rotated while doing so to allow the beads to fill the nut. Finally, the returner is locked in place. This way, it is done. (The nut must be fitted onto the screw throughout the process and cannot be removed separately.)
整条滚珠丝杆拆下来，把两个回流器拆掉，，螺母和丝杆清洗干净，螺母端盖压回去螺母端面，再从回流器边上的孔往里面放珠子，边放边转动，让珠子填满螺母，然后锁紧回流器，这样就可以。（全程螺母要套在丝杆上，不能单独脱出来）
