1. Formulation and Pre-treatment (Key: Addressing Compatibility) 
1. Basic Formula (by weight) 
• PP pellets: 50 kg (dry, moisture content <0.1%) 
• Potato starch: 25 kg (80–120 mesh, dry, moisture content <8%, non-lump) 
• Mineral oil (liquid paraffin): 1 to 1.5 kg (food-grade, for wetting and adhesion enhancement) 
• Dispersant (optional): Zinc stearate/titanate coupling agent, 0.2 to 1.5 kg (to prevent agglomeration and enhance dispersion) 
2. Raw Material Preprocessing 
• PP: Dry at 60–80°C for 30–60 minutes until surface is slightly warm (not hot to the touch), which helps in adsorbing powder. 
• Potato starch: Sieve through an 80-mesh screen to remove lumps; if necessary, dry at 50–60°C for 30 minutes to prevent moisture-induced agglomeration.  
II. High-speed color mixing machine operating procedure 
1. Equipment Preparation 
• Chamber and impeller clean with no residue; loading volume should be 60–70% of chamber capacity (leave space for strong circulation). 
• Enable cooling (potato starch is heat-sensitive, ≤60°C; exposure to heat may cause gelatinization, clumping, stickiness, discoloration, and poor heat resistance). 
2. Feeding sequence (most critical: oil first, then powder; coarse first, then fine) 
1. Add PP pellets → stir at low speed (200–300 rpm) for 1 minute to allow the PP to tumble and preheat. 
2. Spray white mineral oil (evenly along the wall) → stir at low speed of 300 rpm for 2 minutes, ensuring a uniform oil film covers the PP surface. 
3. Add the cornstarch in 2–3 portions → after each addition, mix at 500–600 rpm for 2 minutes; for the final addition, mix at 800–1000 rpm for 5–8 minutes (medium to high shear, strong coating). 
4. (Optional) Add dispersant → stir at 600 rpm for 2 minutes, then homogenize thoroughly. 
3. Standard Parameters (High-Speed Color Mixer) 
• Low-speed premix: 200–300 rpm, stir for 1–2 minutes, temperature ≤45°C 
• Medium-speed mixing: 500–600 rpm, stir for 4–6 minutes, temperature ≤55°C 
• High-speed and uniform mixing: 800–1000 rpm, stir for 5–8 minutes, temperature ≤60°C (cooling or speed reduction automatically activated upon overheating) 
• Total time: 12–18 minutes (depending on fill volume; higher volumes take slightly longer) 
4. Discharge and Inspection 
• Stop the machine and wait for the blades to come to a complete stop → run at low speed (100–200 rpm) for 30 seconds → discharge. 
• Inspection: Take a handful of material—no dry powder, no obvious white spots; break apart the PP pellets—surface fully coated with no exposed white areas; no agglomerated lumps.  
III. Common Issues and Solutions 
• Starch coating does not adhere well and easily falls off: insufficient oil or PP not preheated → add 0.3–0.5 kg of white mineral oil, increase PP pre-mix temperature to 50–60°C. 
• White spots, uneven distribution: powder agglomeration / insufficient speed → sieve the powder, extend high-speed stage by 2–3 minutes, add 0.2 kg dispersant. 
• Clumping and gelatinization: Temperature above 60°C / high moisture → reduce speed, turn on cooling, dry raw materials. 
• High dust: Feeding too quickly → Feed in small batches slowly, cover properly, and turn on the dust collector.  
IV. Key Points Summary 
Wetting is essential: white mineral oil makes the PP surface tacky, allowing starch to adhere properly (without oil, powder will fall off). 
2. Temperature is the red line: must remain ≤60°C throughout to prevent starch gelatinization and spoilage. 
3. Cut sufficiently but not too aggressively: 800–1000 rpm for 5–8 minutes, ensuring strong adhesion without dusting. 
4. Raw materials must be dry: PP < 0.1%, starch < 8%; moisture is the main cause of agglomeration.

 

一、配方与预处理(关键:解决相容性)

• 白矿油(液体石蜡):11.5公斤(食品级,润湿助粘)

2. 原料预处理

• PP6080℃烘干3060分钟,表面微热(不烫手),利于吸附粉料。

• 太白粉:过80目筛,去除结块;必要时5060℃烘干30分钟,避免水分导致团聚。

二、高速混色机操作步骤

1.设备准备

• 腔体/桨叶清洁无残留;投料量为腔体6070%(留空间强循环)。

• 开启冷却(太白粉热敏,≤60℃,遇热会糊化、结块、变黏、发黄、不耐高温)。

2. 投料顺序(最关键:先油后粉、先粗后细)

1. PP颗粒 → 低速200300/分钟,搅拌 1分钟,让PP翻滚预热。

2. 喷入白矿油(沿壁均匀洒)→ 低速300/分钟,搅拌 2分钟,油膜均匀包裹PP表面。

3. 23次加太白粉 → 每次加完500600/分钟,搅拌 2分钟;最后一次加完8001000rpm 58分钟(中高剪切,强裹附)。

4. (可选)加分散剂 → 600/分钟,搅拌 2分钟,收尾均匀化。

3. 标准参数(高速混色机)

• 低速预混:200300/分钟,搅拌12分钟,温度≤45

• 中速裹附:500600/分钟,搅拌46分钟,温度≤55

• 高速均匀:8001000/分钟,搅拌58分钟,温度≤60℃(超温即开冷却/降速)

• 总时间:1218分钟(视填充量,越高时间略长)

4. 出料与检验

• 停机待桨叶停稳 → 低速100200/分钟 30秒 → 出料。

• 检验:抓一把无干粉、无明显白点;掰开PP颗粒,表面全包裹、无露白;无团聚块。

三、常见问题与解决

• 太白粉裹不住、易掉粉:油少了/PP没预热 → 加0.30.5公斤白矿油、提高PP预混温度至5060℃。

• 有白点、分散不均:粉团聚/转速不够 → 粉过筛、高速段延长23分钟、加0.2公斤分散剂。

• 结块、糊化:温度超60/水分高 → 降转速、开冷却、原料烘干。

• 粉尘大:投料太快 → 分次慢投、盖好盖、开除尘。

四、关键要点总结

1. 润湿是前提:白矿油让PP表面粘,淀粉才裹得住(无油必掉粉)。

2. 温度是红线:全程≤60℃,防淀粉糊化变质。

3. 剪切要够但不猛:8001000/分钟 58分钟,强裹附又不扬尘。

4. 原料必须干:PP0.1%、淀粉<8%,水分是团聚元凶。
