Supervisors need to understand scrap and output data so they manage the line on numbers.

Training on the customer's own product, with the customer's own molds, sticks far better than generic classroom sessions.

Spare Parts: Plan the First Box, Not the Emergency Flight

Wear parts are predictable: heating elements in the hottest zones, filter screens on the extruder, punch components, chain pins, seals. A first-year spare parts box — agreed at order time — costs a fraction of a production stop waiting for an international shipment. Longsheng supplies recommended spare lists with each machine and manufactures molds in-house, so cavity repairs do not wait on a third party.

Remote Support and Documentation

Parameter sets per format, alarm explanations in the manual, and remote diagnosis for software-side issues close most gaps without a site visit. When a visit is needed, the goal is simple: leave the customer able to fix the next issue themselves.
